  Excellent customer service; all staff are incredibly knowledgeable about their products and stones of all types. Excellent variety over the "corporate guys." Not pushy in the least, and genuinely want you to have an enjoyable buying experience. Buy local with these guys - they truly deserve your business!

  Staff is honest, personable & trained in the basics of jewelry repair so they can answer thr majority of your questions and concerns promptly & accurately. They have an on-site jeweler so the wait is usually not more than a week and they EXCEL at custom designs! Everyone is well informed on the different gemstones, metals, styles, etc and are great at helping you pick out the perfect piece without being pushy. AND they have this amazing wishlist option - I've picked out dozens of different pieces (in different price ranges) & my husband can go in at anytime & walk out with a purchase that he KNOWS I'm gonna like :)
